Customer's Translation FAQs

All translations are done by human translators. We do not use machine translations.
Translators on our site go through a review process before they are authorized to translate. In addition, there are LingoTip language coordinators who are responsible for checking the translations when necessary.

You can enter a dispute request. If a LingoTip language coordinator determines your dispute to be correct, you can decide whether you want a refund or if you want the request to be re-posted.

LingoTip offers a very quick turnaround while still maintaining the highest level of quality. If you have a large translation job and need it quickly, we can have several translators working on it at once.

LingoTip offers translations in almost all languages. If there is a language not listed, you can contact us and we will do our best to add it.

The prices for each of the levels are listed on the home page: 5 cents per word for the 1st level, 7 cents for the 2nd level, and 9 cents for the 3rd level (professional). Proofreading and editing of the translation is an additional 2 cents per word. If you send us your translation request via email, we will send you a proposal for the translation.

Payments are made via PayPal or a bank transfer. You can go to www.PayPal.com to register for an account and to familiarize yourself with their terms and fees.
